Yesterday night I experimented with making quesadillas for dinner.  It turned out surprisingly well and the kids loved it!  They ate it without slowing down, which says something
Here’s the recipe:
2 teaspoons chili powder
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
