This week’s mindset is…creating a lasting legacy.
I was inspired by a webinar I attended last week on Legacy-Minded Leadership. The question arises: What kind of legacy do we want to leave?
What do our children get from our live example?
Love, kindness, generosity…
Vision, purpose, direction…
How does our town, our church, our community benefit from us?
Our ideas, service, encouragement…
Our funding, resources, leadership…
I’m convinced that developing a high level of character and discipline makes us more attuned to having a legacy-minded vision.
We’ve also got to have a plan for where all the money and resources we have will go.
I have a vision of people connecting soul to soul in safe communities around the world. Somewhere down the line, I see a non-profit life coaching & counseling organization for those who feel lost in the world with no one to talk to, who don’t have the funds or motivation to go see a therapist.
I don’t know exactly how this will look…I don’t know when this will be…it’s a small seed planted within my heart.
