Observations
It’s getting easier to say these positive things to my household now – and it’s been my saving grace. But some days, like today, when I run out of physical energy (ie. it’s the end of a long week), I feel a bit like a shell. I’m saying these compliments, and I mean them – but I’m physically so out of it that I don’t even know what I’m saying. Does that even make sense? Anyway, those are my observations today…lol.
