Do You Love To Learn?

Here’s a cool thing about learning – we adapt as we learn, we learn as we go, and we go as we speak.

Of course, we speak what we think, and we think what we believe – deep in the core being of who we are.

When we open ourselves up to learning, we see from a distance an endless array of gems waiting to be picked up, observed and discovered.

The beauty of learning is that when we want to, we get a LOT out of the experience.

When I was growing up going through the education system, I enjoyed one subject the most – foreign language.

The rest was just memorizing and regurgitating stuff.

What do you think is happening with our children’s mind when they’re just memorizing and regurgitating facts and dates?

I sure hope they get more than that. It’s up to us as parents to instill more values that go beyond the facts and dates.

Do you love to learn?

I do. I love to learn, especially when I want to learn something that will improve the results I get with whatever I do in business and everyday life.

Ah…the beauty of the curious mind that relishes in discovering new things. That’s the kind of mind children are born with. That’s the kind of wonder children display when they see something new that’s familiar to us.

Children are amazing. They have so much enthusiasm and desire to live life! Have you noticed they always look forward to PLAYING and DISCOVERING? Have you noticed they don’t like to go to bed at night because they want to keep playing and discovering?

I have.

And I yearn for more of us adults to be like children in this way. Never stop wanting to play, discover and learn.
