Let me introduce myself...

My name is Jinnia Low. I'm a certified life and essential oils coach who helps people enjoy beautiful health and connect deeply with loved ones.

I put this challenge together to make it EASY for people to get back on track with their health and fitness goals. I know how difficult it can be to try to make health and lifestyle changes on your own. Now you’ll be plugged into a community of people that share your same goals.

At one point, I was dissatisfied with how busy and disconnected my own family was. After a number of years in crazy business-building cycles, I spent time recovering from unhealthy weight gain, health problems, fatigue and depression.

Now I work with business coaches, personal trainers, life and health coaches who have mastery in self-care and self-defense. I help us moms of preteens take care of ourselves and take charge of our health and family life so we can... go out and breathe in the fresh air. Smell our favorite aromas. Ditch the diets and hard workouts. Have fun while eating foods we enjoy. Move our body to exercises that "feed our soul."
